August 30 news: According to documents published on the Beijing Financial Assets Exchange and other platforms, Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd. released its 2026 semi-annual report. The report shows that from January to June 2026, Huawei’s operating revenue reached 467.819 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.55%. R&D investment hit a record high of 121.382 billion yuan, accounting for 25.94% of revenue, up 25.2% year-on-year.

August 31: In response to media reports that Dreame Technology’s lawsuit against Xiaohongshu was about to go to trial, insiders told The Paper that the case was withdrawn long ago, and there is no trial scheduled.
On August 30, media reported that Dreame Technology was suing Xiaohongshu, with the case set for hearing on September 8. Media inquiries into court schedules revealed that Dreame Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit over reputation rights against Xingyin Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Xiaohongshu’s core domestic operating entity). The case was scheduled for September 8 at Shanghai Huangpu District People’s Court.
According to legal sources close to Xiaohongshu, the lawsuit stemmed from Dreame’s request for the platform to disclose the real identity of a “self-media” user. Dreame believed the user was infringing on its rights, and suing the platform is a standard legal procedure for “identity disclosure” in online infringement disputes. The account in question reportedly published a post about Dreame’s organizational restructuring back in November last year.
