Wu Yongming: Alibaba’s AI Model and Application ARR to Exceed 10 Billion Yuan in June, 30 Billion Yuan by Year-End

On May 13, during the Q4 earnings call for fiscal year 2026, Alibaba announced that its AI model and application services revenue is experiencing exponential growth, becoming a new engine for revenue growth.

Wu Yongming predicts that in the June quarter, the annualized recurring revenue (ARR) of AI models and applications, including the Bai Lian MaaS platform, will exceed 10 billion yuan, and break 30 billion yuan by year-end. “The high profit margin advantage of this part of the revenue is gradually becoming apparent, and will be a major driver of our future revenue growth.”
