Through the platform, businesses and organizations can access “Abao” and also opt for cross-device connectivity, integrating Abao with smartphones, vehicles, AI glasses, IoT devices, and various large language model platforms—achieving “one-time integration, multi-device distribution, and unified management.”
A first batch of brands and institutions, including KFC, Mixue Bingcheng, Luckin Coffee, Amap Taxi, Didi, and Wansuishan Wuxia City, have already integrated the platform, covering scenarios across dining, transportation, cultural tourism, and lifestyle services.

The declaring institutions include JSC International Investment Fund SPC, WT Asset Management, Optimas Capital Limited, and Zhipu’s early shareholder and cornerstone investor Lingyun Guang Technology Co., Ltd., among others. Collectively, these investors hold nearly 70% of the shares released from this lock-up, representing a mix of national strategic capital, local government industrial guidance funds, large state-owned industry funds, and market-oriented professional investment institutions.
Tencent’s “Toast” iOS App Goes Live
On July 6, Tencent’s AI application generation and inspiration collaboration platform, “Toast,” officially launched its iOS version, now covering both major mobile platforms (iOS + Android). Described as a zero-barrier vibe coding tool, it lets users easily input ideas, generate apps, use them on their desktops, and share them socially. On July 6, Shenzhen-based smart glasses company Even Realities announced the completion of a $150 million Pre-B funding round, pushing its post-money valuation above $1 billion and officially entering unicorn status.
The round was led by Meituan Dragon Ball and Meituan Strategic Investment, with existing investors Source One Capital and Tencent participating with oversubscriptions. Earlier this year, Even Realities also closed an A++ round co-led by Guanghe Capital and Source One Capital, with follow-on investment from existing backers such as Decheng Capital.
TeraWulf and Anthropic Sign 20-Year AI Data Center Lease Worth ~$19 Billion
On July 6, U.S. AI infrastructure operator TeraWulf announced a 20-year lease agreement with AI company Anthropic. Anthropic will lease a purpose-built AI data center facility at TeraWulf’s Justified Data campus in Kentucky, with a total critical IT load of approximately 401 megawatts (MW). The project will be built in phases, with the first capacity expected to come online in the second half of 2027 and full operations in early 2028. TeraWulf expects the lease to generate roughly $19 billion in contract revenue over the initial term, backed by an investment-grade credit entity. Simultaneously, TeraWulf announced the sale of its 50.1% stake in the Abernathy joint venture to an investor consortium led by AI cloud infrastructure company Fluidstack, achieving a premium exit on its roughly $450 million investment.
Synopsys to Discontinue Some Fab Manufacturing Analytics Software, Pivots to AI Chip Design
On July 7, NUPIAO reports that U.S. EDA giant Synopsys plans to stop releasing new versions of certain wafer fab process control software, redirecting resources toward its higher-margin AI chip design business. Between April and May, the company notified more than 10 semiconductor manufacturers, including Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, Kioxia, and Qorvo, that it will cease version updates for tools such as the Equipment Engineering System (EES) and Fault Detection and Classification (FDC), fulfilling only ongoing maintenance obligations.
