What are the callouts for Ancient in CS2?
Ancient is a recent addition to the Counter-Strike active map roster, replacing Train. The map was launched on December 3, 2020, with Operation Broken Fang. Being a newer map on the active roster means there are no confusing legacy callouts like Inferno. So let's take a look at all the callouts for Ancient.
Ancient T Spawn callouts
T Spawn – an area where Terrorists start the round
Split – an open area that connects T Spawn with Elbow and Stairs
Stairs – connects Split to A Halls leading to A Site
Elbow – this area connects Split and Mid
Tunnel – the tunnel leading from T Spawn to Water
Water – open space connecting Tunnel and Ruins
Ruins – this place leads through the Door to the Ramp and B Bomb Site
Ancient A Site callouts
A Halls – this area connects Stairs and A Main
A Main – the second part of A Halls that leads to Long
Long – one of the two main entrances to A Bomb Site
Boost – the spot to the right of Long when entering A Site through A Main
Big Box – the box next to A Site
Single – the smaller box next to Plat on A Site
Plat – the raised area in the corner of A site
A Site – the A Bomb Site
Triple Box – the set of three boxes near the back of A Site
Short – one of the two main entrances to A Bomb Site connected to Mid
Ancient Mid callouts
Mid – the open middle section of the map
Xbox – the set of crates next to Heaven on Mid
Heaven– this area connects Mid to Lamp Room and T Lower
Lamp Room – the area between Heaven and Dark
Dark – the small dark area that connects Heaven and House
Pit – the large area opposite of Tunnels on Mid
Top Mid – the set of stairs leading from Mid to Sniper’s Nest
Tunnels – the large room with a pillar in the middle that connects Mid to Short
Sniper’s Nest – the double doors that give the CT side a complete view of the Mid area
Ancient B Site callouts
Doors – the double doors that separate Ruins from T Lower
T lower – the lowest region between Heaven and Ramp
Ramp – a slope that connects T Lower and B Site
B Site – the B Bomb Site
Pillar – the stone pillar at the centre of B Site
House – an interior place that connects Dark and B Site
Square – the large square structure at the back of B Site
Back Halls – the area behind the Square connected to the Alley
Ancient CT Spawn callouts
CT Spawn – Starting place for Counter-Terrorists
Temple – leads from CT spawn to A Site
CT Lane – an area that connects CT Spawn and A Site
Alley – leads from CT Spawn to Back Halls and B Site
